During 2023-24 the University of Washington Interdisciplinary Center for Exposures, Diseases, Genomics & Environment sponsored a three-part training series on science communication for EDGE affiliates. Each of the three trainings is now available online as an approximately 15-minute presentation with an interactive exercise designed to provide practice in the focal skill. Topics covered include using accessible language, finding and refining a main message, and using narrative structure.
Questions and comments should be directed to Lisa Hayward at lhayward@uw.edu
