Mr. Charles Easterberg is a Lecturer in the UW Department of Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences. Mr. Easterberg is an environmental biologist who retired as a public health adviser with UW Environmental Health & Safety after 46 years.
Mr. Easterberg currently teaches courses on food protection, and he guest-lectures in several other courses, specializing in food protection and disease vectors with their potential to spread diseases to humans, as well as swimming pool sanitation and other environmental biological issues.
His research in restroom inequity led to Seattle and Washington changing their plumbing codes to require more women's restroom facilities.
