Clinical and Public Health Training at the University of Washington

The University of Washington offers a variety of opportunities for training in environmental health. University of Washington public health graduate and postgraduate students and health professional student trainees may develop individualized projects and electives with NW PEHSU. Medical Student Research Training Program

The Medical Student Training Program (MSRTP) provides opportunities for UW medical students to participate in a 10-week summer research project with the University of Washington Faculty between the first and second year of medical school. The NW PEHSU has hosted many students in this capacity.

Masters of Public Health in Environmental and Occupational Health

The Masters of Public Health in Environmental and Occupational Health combines training in environmental and occupational health with applied experiences, preparing students for a range of careers in the field of environmental and occupational health.

Occupational and Environmental Medicine Fellowship

This program is an accredited Council for Graduate Medical Education two-year residency/fellowship in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, leading to Occupational Medicine Board eligibility.
