New Worksite Training Resource for Sexual Harassment Prevention in Agriculture

We are excited to announce the release of the ¡Basta! Prevent Sexual Harassment in Agriculture worksite training and toolkit. The toolkit, available in English and Spanish, was developed to equip agricultural stakeholders with guidance and tools to train employees, share key resources, and establish workplace policies. Learn more

The development of the toolkit was lead by Dr. Victoria Breckwich Vásquez and Dr. Jody Early (featured right) in partnership with a number of stakeholders, including: non-profits, researchers, agencies, legal experts, human rights organizations, growers, supervisors, and over 70 farmworkers from across Washington state.


The ¡Basta! Toolkit

The toolkit is a comprehensive workplace resource that includes a training video, facilitators guide and curriculum, worksite posters, wallet cards, reporting resources, and guidance on workplace policies and procedures.
