ECHO PATHWAYS study included in the American Heart Association’s Scientific Sessions

ECHO PATHWAYS findings were included in the American Heart Association’s Scientific Sessions News Kit, with an abstract titled “Maternal Dietary Patterns During Pregnancy Predict Early Childhood Growth Trajectories and Obesity Risk”. The research suggests that eating mostly fast food during the second trimester maybe be linked to childhood obesity. ECHO PATHWAYS investigator Dr. Zunsong Hu was first author, with other authors included principal investigators Dr. Frances A Tylavsky, Dr. Kaja Z LeWinn, Dr. Nicole R Bush, Dr. Sheela Sathyanarayana, and Dr. Catherine J Karr, as well as co-investigators Dr. Mehmet Kocak, Dr. Robert L Davis, and last author Dr. Qi Zhao.
