Mei has just completed her junior year at the University of Washington, studying Global Public Health with a minor in Data Science. Her strong interest in exploring the intersectionality of public health and data science is caused by a passion to understand the trends of different people and diseases and developing interventions to reduce their fatality count. She enjoys working with data and has a particular interest in data visualization and analysis. Mei believes the insights gained through analyzing various datasets will help identify patterns and inform public health interventions. These inform public health interventions will make a real difference in people's lives. |
