This two-sided double-sided factsheet developed in 2016 describes electronic cigarettes and their use with "e-liquids" that contain nicotine, or repurposed to vape hash oil, THC distilled from marijuana. The factsheet discusses whether vaping is safe, what is known and not known about the ingredients in e-liquids, inhaling the vapor, and FDA regulation. The factsheet discusses e-cigarette explosions and raises the question: Do e-cigarettes help smokers quit or help non-smokers start? Includes links to learn more.
