The Northwest Center for Occupational Health and Safety developed its strategic plan for 2025-2030 as a roadmap to guide future programming and to assess ongoing progress toward meeting the center’s overall mission.
Working with a strategic consultant, the Center assessed strengths and gaps in current programming and created goals and objectives for the future. To validate this framework, we sought input from external reviewers, students, faculty and community needs assessments to ensure alignment with program initiatives. Additionally, our logic model illustrates how the activities outlined in our strategic plan will achieve our intended outcomes.
