Dr. Michelle Averill is an Associate Teaching Professor in environmental and occupational health sciences at the University of Washington. She is also the Associate Director for the Graduate Coordinated Program in Dietetics and a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Dr.

Tania Busch Isaksen is Teaching Professor and Undergraduate Program Coordinator for the UW Department of Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences (DEOHS).

Dr. Thomas Burbacher is Professor Emeritus in the UW Department of Environmental & Occupational Health Sciences (DEOHS). He previously served as the head of the Division of Reproductive and Developmental Sciences and Director of the Infant Primate Research Laboratory at the UW National Primate Research Center.
